§ Mr. ScottI have received a letter on this subject from the right hon. Member which I have passed to the chairman of the Disablement Services Authority. The right hon. Member will be aware that that authority has full responsibility for the supply of wheelchairs for disabled people within the National Health Service. I am confident that the chairman of the authority will reply fully to him shortly.
