§ Mr. GummerAt the international conference on 24–25 November, North sea Ministers agreed on a range of measures to protect the North sea. These were listed by my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for the Environment in reply to my hon. Friend the Member for Banbury (Mr. Baldry) on 30 November at column416–7.
