§ Mr. Kenneth BakerI am publishing the interim report of the national curriculum science working group today. I am grateful to the chairman and members of the working group for their report, which is a substantial and imaginative document. I believe it provides a sound basis for the group's further work on attainment targets and programmes of study for science. Copies of the report and of my response will be lodged in the Libraries of both Houses.
