§ Mr. McAvoy
To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will list the names and addresses of those organisations which have been given grants under section 11 of the Housing and Planning Act 1986, detailing the terms of reference of the grants and the geographical area each organisation is expected to cover.

§ Mr. Waldegrave
Section 11 of the Housing and Planning Act 1986 does not contain a power to make grants.
