§ Mr. MacGregorProvision has been made in the latest public expenditure survey for the cost of payments to farmers under the extensification scheme for setting aside land from cereals and putting it to fallow, woodland or non-agricultural use. 25 per cent. of United Kingdom expenditure under the scheme will be eligible for reimbursement from the Community's European agricultural guidance and guarantee fund.
