§ Mrs. CurrieWe encourage consultation between district health authorities and community health councils on a variety of topics. Formal consultation is required when a closure or change of use of a hospital building is proposed. We are not aware of cases where procedures governing consultations between district health authorities and community health councils have not been followed. If the hon. Member is aware of any such instances. I will be happy to look into them.
