§ Mr. LilleyThe circumstances involving alleged underpayments of anti-dumping duty on kraftliner paper imported from the United States of America by corrugated board manufacturers have been discussed at Community meetings in Brussels. I understand that investigations have been carried out in the other member states mentioned and a number of irregularities reported.
