(2) how much he expects to authorise to be spent on coal-face cutting equipment by British Coal, under the Coal Industry Act 1987, in the years 1988–89, 1989–90, 1990–91 and 1991–92.
§ Mr. Michael SpicerThe Government do not make specific allocations within their overall investment approval to the British Coal Corporation. Responsibility for specific investment decisions is a matter for the corporation.
