§ Dr. MawhinneyThe provisions of the Education Reform Bill will not generally extend to Northern Ireland, apart from those relating to certain university matters. I 267W shall be issuing a consultative paper early in the new year inviting comments on how best measures corresponding to those in the Bill can be implemented in Northern Ireland. Thereafter, separate Northern Ireland legislation will be brought forward.
