§ Mr. LangI met the chairman of the South of Scotland Electricity Board on 17 November to discuss electricity privatisation and other related matters. My right hon. and learned Friend expects to have full discussions with the chairmen of the South of Scotland Electricity Board and the North of Scotland Hydro-Electric Board before taking decisions on the structure of a privatised industry in Scotland.
