§ Lord James Douglas-HamiltonI assume that my hon. Friend is referring to the Forest Windblow Action Committee set up by the Forestry Commission. This committee is primarily concerned at this stage with providing advice to woodland owners on the clearing of blown timber and the orderly marketing of that timber. This being so, there is no need for the Nature Conservancy Council to be represented. The committee will be able to seek the advice of the council if nature conservation issues arise in connection with the replacement of the blown woodland.
