£ UGM 1 28,000 UGM 2 25,500 UGM 3 23,000 UGM 4 20,000 UGM 5 16,500 In addition, a discretionary amount of up to 15 per cent. of the grade rate may be added to reflect the different weights of individual posts, and unit general managers whose performance is assessed as meritorious are eligible for further additions in the form of performance related pay.
