§ Mr. StanleyA proposal for a draft Matrimonial and Family Proceedings (Northern Ireland) Order containing provisions corresponding to those of the Matrimonial and Family Proceedings Act 1984 was published in February of this year.
The closing date for comments was the 3 April and I am at present considering the issues raised.
