§ Mr. Norman LamontThe facts in the prospectus are not, by themselves, sufficient to establish the tax treatment of the benefits to shareholders. The tax treatment will depend upon all the relevant facts. As I explained, the rules will apply to Eurotunnel in the same way as they apply to other schemes.
