§ Mr. Chris PattenI have just informed the disasters emergency committee that the Overseas Development Administration will be contributing £2 million to its appeal. This follows the Government's recent £2 million contribution to the United Nations' airlift operation and brings to over £25 million the Government's help so far this year for famine relief in Ethiopia.
