§ 42. Mr. Macdonald
To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment what representations he has received as a result of the publication of the Nirex discussion document "The Way Forward."

§ Mr. Moynihan
None. I would expect any representations about Nirex's discussion document "The Way Forward" to be sent directly to Nirex.

§ 49. Mr. Wallace
To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment whether he has met the chairman of Nirex to discuss its consultation document published on 12 November, "The Way Forward."

§ Mr. Moynihan
My right hon. Friend last met the chairman of Nirex on 22 October, when the subject of the document formed part of a wide-ranging discussion about radioactive waste.
