Mr. McTaggart

To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland (1) when he intends to act on the recommendations made in the Scottish Home and Health Department's report "Prosecuting Sexual Assault";

(2) if he has received representations from Scottish rape crisis centres on the Scottish Home and Health Department's report "Prosecuting Sexual Assault"; and if he will make a statement on the recommendations made in that report.
