§ Mr. Michael ForsythCopies of the White Paper "Promoting Better Health" (Cm. 249), published on 25 November, have been sent to a large number of bodies including the Scottish Trades Union Congress, the British Medical Association and the British Dental Association. The Government now intend to enter into discussions with representatives of the professions and with health boards about the White Paper's proposals.
