§ Mr. NichollsIndividual responses to the Green Paper "Trade Unions and their Members" and representations on particular clauses of the Employment Bill have been treated in confidence by my Department. I can tell the hon. Gentleman, however, that of the 67 comments received on the Green Paper proposal to give a statutory right for trade union members not to be subject to disciplinary proceedings for refusing to take industrial action, 16 expressed approval and 51 expressed disapproval.
