§ Mr. DunnMy right hon. Friend has received over 900 written responses from organisations and individuals to his proposals for grant-maintained schools. Many of these contained detailed and constructive comments upon particular aspects of the initiative, but could not readily be categorised as either supporting or opposing the proposals as a whole.
