§ Mr. Peter BottomleyWe propose to appoint consulting engineers to examine the need for improvements to communications on motorways in Lancashire. The consultants already appointed to design the improvements between junctions 30 and 32 of M6 will advise on the provision of a gantry signalling system and the use of permanent CCTV on this section.
