§ Mr. Michael Cocksasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science what provision the Government have made for funding the cost of advertising of governors' meetings, provision of public facilities and production of reports for parents, including the cost of providing translations, where needed.
§ Mr. DunnThe plans for local authority current spending on education for 1987–88 represent a cash increase of nearly 19 per cent. over those for last year. This level of provision should enable authorities to absorb without difficulty any additional expenditure arising, from the Education (No. 2) Act 1986.
