§ Mr. Pikeasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if, pursuant to his answer of 3 April, Official Report, columns 652–3, he will publish information available to him as to how many (a) mentally ill, (b) mentally handicapped and, (c) elderly people have been discharged from hospitals on a regional health authority basis under the care in the community programme for each year since it was introduced.
