§ Mr. ButcherThe Uruguay round is scheduled to take four years from its launch last September. The various negotiating groups have completed their initial series of meetings and further work will be done during 1987 on defining problems and proposing solutions to them. Negotiations on detailed proposals will begin in 1988.
