§ Mr. StanleyIt is estimated that the total cost of constructing the Cruise missile base at RAF Molesworth will be some £45 million, of which about 70 per cent. has already been spent. A further £5 million (of which 80 per cent. has already been spent) is required to fund outer perimeter fencing for the base, the construction of a base perimeter road and local road improvements.
