§ Mr. Mark Robinson[pursuant to his reply, 27 April]: The numbers of local authority dwellings completed in Wales in 1978–79 and 1986–87, (including completions by new town corporations), were 3,869 and 828 respectively. The corresponding figures for Neath are 137 and 28.
