§ Mr. WaldenI understand that the Advisory Board for the Research Councils is preparing a strategy document which they expect to submit to my right hon. Friend before the summer. It is the Government's policy to promote closer and better working between the science base and industry and commerce. The recently announced LINK initiative is designed to strengthen collaboration between these sectors.
