Mr. Pike asked

the Secretary of State for Social Services (1) what are the average gross earnings of (a) secretarial, (b) clerical staff in the National Health Service in the north west region; and what are the average gross weekly earnings of secretarial and clerical staff (i) in the north west region and (ii) in England;

(2) how many (a) secretarial and (b) clerical workers in the National Health Service in the north west region have gross weekly earnings of (i) more than £120, (ii) between £110 and £120, (iii) between £80 and £100 and (iv) less than £80; and what percentage each category represents.
