§ Mr. MellorSince 28 January, when I answered a similar question from the hon. Member at column 250, written representations about the level of television licence fees for retirement pensioners have been received from 46 hon. Members and 278 members of the public. the majority of these representations favour reduced, rather than free, licences for pensioners; a view strongly endorsed by a delegation from Pensioners' Voice which I received on 11 March.
