§ Mr. Mark RobinsonAlthough the areas of Wales most susceptible to acidification have already been identified from rainfall patterns, the water chemistry of the lakes and rivers, and the underlying geology, the Welsh Office is presently carrying out a base line study of lakes in central Wales which will identify specific acidification and other characteristics.
