§ Mr. BiffenI have no plans to improve the present arrangements. In May 1986 the Accommodation and Administration Sub-Committee of the Services Committee examined the payments policy for the facsimile service and recommended that no changes be made. If my hon. Friend has a particular point in mind, perhaps he will write to me.
