§ Mr. Dubsasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science when he intends to publish a consultative document on the ethnic minority of students applying for higher and further education.
§ Mrs. RumboldIt is hoped to circulate a consultative paper which will address the issues and options for the collection of ethnically-based statistics for students in public sector further and higher education. It is the Department's intention also to open discussions with the central clearing houses about monitoring the applications process for public sector higher education.
