§ Mr. Craigenasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what discussions he is having with Strathclyde regional council social work department and Glasgow district housing department to improve the provisions of safety rails and gates fitted in patient homes in the light of the delays in some patients being discharged from hospital about which the hon. Member for Glasgow, Maryhill has written to him.
