§ Mr. Wigleyasked the Attorney-General if he will arrange for the faculty giving effect to the appointment of a notary public in Wales and associated documentation to be made in the Welsh language or in a bilingual format.
The Attorney-GeneralThe faculty appointing a Welsh district notary and the commission for taking the oath and declaration can be provided in a bilingual format upon request at the time of preparation of such documents.
