§ Mr. RentonThe FCO entered into a contract with Hall and Watts in 1986, after they had won a tender for the provision of military training equipment for use by the British Army's training team at Nyanga, Zimbabwe, who are presently undertaking a programme of training' for the Mozambican armed forces under the United Kingdom military training assistance scheme.
