Mr. Patchett

asked the Secretary of State for Energy (1) pursuant to his answer of 6 April,Official Report, column 6, if he will take steps to produce details of all fatal accidents which have occurred in the coal industry for the year 1986–87, broken down according to coalfield areas, as soon as possible;

(2) pursuant to his answer of 6 April,Official Report, column 7, if he will take steps to produce details of all serious accidents which have occurred in the coal industry for the full year 1986–87, broken down according to coalfield areas, as soon as possible.
