To state their intentions for the distribution of funds under the Irish Sailors and Soldiers Land Trust Bill.
§ Baroness YoungThe Bill provides for the appointment of a distributory agency to administer two-fifths of the United Kingdom's share of the Irish Sailors and Soldiers Land Trust's surplus funds for the benefit of ex-servicemen and women and their dependants resident in Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland. Discussions are in train with the Royal British Legion about their appointment as distributory agency.
