§ Mr. LuceAn efficiency scrutiny is being undertaken jointly by the Department of Trade and Industry, the Office of Arts and Libraries and the British Library to review existing arrangements for the dissemination of patent information in the United Kingdom and for the exchange of British and overseas patent documentation.
