§ Mr. AncramThe Abolition of Domestic Rates etc. (Scotland) Bill provides that the entry in the community charges register for each person liable to pay the personal community charge will specify his or her name, address, date of birth, and the date from which such liability begins. The Secretary of State may also prescribe other matters which are to appear on the register. Only the addresses and names appearing on the register will be available for public inspection.
