§ Mr. MooreFurther useful progress was made on aviation. There is now unanimous agreement that unnecessarily restrictive fare conditions should be dropped. The Council also discussed a number of inland transport issues including road haulage liberalisation and transport infrastructure. I gave a full account of the outcome of the Council in reply to a question from my hon. Friend the Member for Altrincham and Sale (Sir F. Montgomery) on 27 March.
