§ Mr. Millanasked the Secretary of State for Scotland (1) in how many cases of disposal of charges relating to causing death by reckless driving in each of the last 10 years the sentences have been passed in the sheriff court and the High Court, respectively:
(2) in how many cases in each of the last 10 years, in which a driver has been charged with careless driving, a death was involved in the charge;
(3) how many motorists alleged to have caused death by reckless driving have been charged with that offence and how many with culpable homicide in each of the last 10 years.
