§ Mr. Maclennanasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will take steps to ensure that those patients of Dr. John Forbes-Proctor of Tongue, Sutherland, who wish to register with another doctor are enabled to do so.
§ Mr. John MacKayI understand that patients of Dr. Forbes-Proctor, who wished to register with another 55W doctor and who had not been able to do so, applied to Highland health board to be assigned to a neighbouring practice but that the board concluded that it was not possible to meet their request.
