§ Mr. Michael SpicerI have received a number of proposals for expanding air links between the United Kingdom and the People's Republic of China and also between Hong Kong and the People's Republic of China. I shall be discussing these matters when I visit Hong Kong and the People's Republic of China in the weeks of 27 April and 4 May respectively.
