§ Mr. Chris PattenSubject to parliamentary approval, I have decided to give £3 million in the financial year 1987–88 to the World Health Organisation's special programme on AIDS. In addition, I have agreed to provide, over three years, about £1.6 million to the International Planned Parenthood Federation to help it develop its capability to combat the disease.
