HC Deb 02 April 1987 vol 113 c564W
Mr. Caborn

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will make it his policy to cease to accredit South African military attachés to the United Kingdom.

Mrs. Chalker

As my hon. Friend the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs told the hon. Member for Newham, North-West (Mr. Banks) on 5 June 1986, at column 626, we have already agreed with our European partners not to grant accreditation to military attachés from South Africa.
