§ Mr. Mark RobinsonPrevious Welsh house condition surveys were carried out in 1968, 1973, 1976 and 1981. The results were published at county level. Reliable estimates of unfitness and repair in each local authority district will not be available until the results of the 1986 Welsh house condition survey became known.
