§ Mr. John PattenWe are making rapid progress in setting up the four new UDCs announced last October. The Trafford Park development corporation came into existence on 10 February. Consultants have been studying the proposed areas for the Black Country, Tyne and Wear and Teesside UDCs. Chairmen designate have been announced and orders establishing these UDCs will be made shortly.
