§ Mr. Haywardasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if he proposes to publish the triennial review report of the Police Complaints Board for Northern Ireland.
Mr. KingUnder article 11(6) of the Police (Northern Ireland) Order 1977, the Police Complaints Board for Northern Ireland is required to keep under review the working of part II of the order—Complaints Against the Police, and to make to the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland a report thereon at least once every three years after the coming into force of the article. The third review report of the Police Complaints Board for Northern Ireland has been made to me and as has been the practice with the two previous reports I have arranged for it to be published today and copies to be placed in the Libraries of both Houses.
