§ Mr. GummerI put forward a paper on the diversion of land from cereals for discussion at the recent informal meeting of Community Agriculture Ministers. I was encouraged by the constructive and thoughtful reception that it received. I hope that discussion of the issues which it raises will now be continued within the Community.
