§ Mr. Alan ClarkThe Government seek by a variety of means to promote co-operation between British companies on the one hand and US and Japanese companies on the other. Apart from the Cable and Wireless venture referred to, my Department is aware of one other of comparable scale involving British, US and Japanese companies.
